Q. Where is 82palette based at?
A. Singapore. Prices stated are in SGD($). We will be using Singapore Post as our primary mail carrier.
Q. What are the payment methods available?
A. We accept Debit/Credit card transactions and PayPal
A. Yes we do! Do check out our Shipping Info page for rates and estimated shipping times.
Q. I would like to combine my order
A. This is only applicable if your orders fall within the same shop update. You can DM us on Instagram with your order number and we will assist you from there!
Q. How do I track my order?
A. If you have opt for tracked shipping, a tracking number will be sent via email stating that your order has been dispatched out.

Q. Why was I charged tax?
A. We are very sorry for that, but unfortunately we have no control over the taxes that are charged in your country. Customers are solely responsible for all duties, custom taxes and brokerage fees. We have included some freebies to make up for it.
Q. My parcel was lost / damaged.
A. We are not liable for any damages or lost parcels as it is out of our control once your parcel is dispatched out. We will try our best to ensure that your goodies are well-protected during packing. We would also recommend you to opt for tracked mail.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
All sales are final.
All products sold will not be exchangeable or refundable.
